A senior sculptor, Mr. Sidharaju R. from Ramanagar, is working for 15 years as a sculptor. Junior sculptor Mr. Siddhappa from Bidar is a newcomer for sculpting on stone. They sculpted the statue of Kamdhenu, which took almost 13 days to complete.

Kamdhenu is also known as Surabhi, a divine bovine-goddess described in Hinduism as the mother of all cows. She is a miraculous "cow of plenty" which grants all wishes and provides her owner whatever he desires. She is often portrayed as the mother of other cattle as well as the eleven Rudras. She is generally depicted as a white cow with a female head. Hindu scriptures provide diverse accounts of the birth of Kamdhenu. Kamdhenu has spiritual significance in Vedic rituals. She has a complexion like the white clouds, a female head, a peacock's tail, and wings like tropical birds.
