The project seeks to conceptually explain the complex topics of Special and General Relativity using interactive and intuitive visualisations. It is being done as part of a collection of projects under the umbrella of "Visually Explaining a Scientific Phenomenon". I chose the topic of relativity because I believe it is sufficiently complex, has enough scope of abstraction and visualisation, and generates a lot of interest among people who have an inclination towards science but struggle with complex mathematics. In this project, I design an online interactive article that would communicate the ideas and phenomena surrounding the theory of relativity and its subtopics in such a way as to create a narrative. I use easily understandable and dynamic graphics to explain the conceptual fundamentals of topics like time dilation and curved spacetime.
