Street typography is an attempt to capture typography that exists on streets of chaotic Mumbai. It reminds one of the times when writing on the boards, signs, and walls was not globalized and standardized. On the other hand, it was much more local and hand-made and hand-painted. The colours, the character, etc. reminds one of the Mumbai-ness or the Indian-ness. This is a small collection of typography noticed on the wall while walking on the streets of Mumbai on a busy working day. It includes painted typography on walls, goods carriers, old advertising posters, taxi back, BMC boards, etc. It shows a very everyday picture in Mumbai.
